Buying with Belmont homes was a fantastic experience. We were not first time home buyers, but we were first time buyers of new homes, and were originally a bit apprehensive. After all, the internet is filled with buyers who have bought a new home only to find the builders unresponsive when issues arise after closing. Kevin and his team were a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. During the walk-through process, they carefully listened to our inspector's list of areas (all minor), and fixed each one. What really gave us peace of mind was their guarantee to come one year after close to fix items, whether serious or cosmetic. 

Kevin and his team were also responsive and helpful outside of these scheduled times. In on instance, I drilled a mounting hole that hit a rubber water feed to the emergency sprinkler system. I saw water starting to leak everywhere. I called Kevin, who immediately put me in touch with the plumber that had worked on the house. He came the same day, and offered to fix the leak for free despite this being completely my fault. I insisted on paying him, but this is a great example that shows how not just Kevin, but his whole team of subcontractors, really came through. 

During our one year walk-through, Kevin's team not only fixed minor cosmetic issues (paint chipping), but helped us hang art on the walls, repaint areas that were due to our activity, install blinds, and listened to difficult to diagnose issues. For example, we had some plastic tabs come off of window screens. Kevin expressed dissatisfaction with the workmanship of the screen tabs, and ordered a whole new set. We also had a power strip that would sometimes trip a breaker, something we had a hard time reproducing for the electrician. The electrician knew exactly what we were talking about and addressed the issue directly. Not only that, he installed a new outlet in the bathroom where we needed one at minimal charge.

Through and through, we've felt like were were treated with respect, and that Kevin's team went above and beyond to make sure that our entire experience exceeded our expectations.

It's been a real pleasure to buy with Belmont homes. We know that Kevin's team stands by their work, and the quality of the final product stands out. We've had multiple guests comment on builder's details in the home that stand out. 

We don't plan on ever moving, but if we ever do, we wouldn't hesitate to buy from Belmont homes again.
